Walker County Probate Court handles matters relating to family, among other functions. The court issues marriage and weapons carry licenses, appoints and oversees guardians and conservators, and administers wills and estates.

In the near future, you will be able to apply for a marriage license and weapons carry permit online. You will still need to come to the office to sign the documentation, but that can be done at your convenience.
