LaFayette, GA – Autumn begins Monday, but several seasonal activities will take center stage this weekend in Walker County. Here’s a list of some of the entertainment options hoping to attract your attention:
3rd Annual Walker County Ag Festival

Blue ribbon shows, quilts, chickens, rabbits, goats, free inflatables, vendors and musical entertainment are just some of the features of this event.
Autumn Rocks Day

Various locations in LaFayette
A multitude of festivities for the whole family highlight this event, including a golf tournament, caving course, a 5k and a 1-mile fun run, plus a tailgate party for the UGA vs Notre Dame game. The annual fly-in at the LaFayette Regional Airport will also be held in conjunction with this event.
Valley Fest 2019

Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene
This free family friendly event features art and craft vendors, games and activities for the children, food and entertainment from Barefoot Nellie & Co.
Marsh House Heritage Day

Now at an earlier time on the calendar, Heritage Day emphasizes local history and authentic arts, crafts and skills. There will also be a heritage bake sale featuring vintage pastries, an antique roadshow style expert who will attempt to identify your treasures and a history story corps, where writing out your favorite story could earn you a prize.
