Let Our Dispatchers Know In Advance About Special Concerns

Do you or a loved one have special needs that dispatchers should be aware of so those considerations can be relayed to first responders? If so, we invite you to fill out the Special Concerns Response Form, aka Logan’s List, to let us know, so our first responders are aware of potential triggers that could escalate a situation.

This form collects information that will be used by our 911 dispatchers to alert first responders when they will be interacting with individuals with special concerns, such as physical, mental, or neurological disorders including, PTSD, autism, dementia, among other conditions.
