Walker County Commissioner Shannon Whitfield held a public hearing on a proposed Ordinance to adopt several state minimum codes by reference.

Whitfield also signed Resolutions to designate county surplus for auction and extend a GEFA loan for the landfill expansion. A Proclamation for Hunger Free Month, a grant for the District Attorney’s office and October statistics were also reviewed at this meeting.
