The 2021 Ironman Chattanooga takes place this Sunday, and the bicycle portion of the race is expected to cause travel delays in Walker County along the route. Expect delays between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., especially at the following intersections:
-Highway 193 at Highway 341
-Highway 193 at Highway 136
-Highway 136 at Highway 341
Spectators wanting to watch the bicycle portion from downtown Chickamauga should be in place prior to 10:00 a.m. to see the first group ride through.
