Chickamauga Battlefield Connector Trail Named in John Culpepper’s Honor

John Culpepper received a plague from the Walker County Board of Commissioners.

The Walker County Board of Commissioners and the City of Chickamauga recently approved a Joint Resolution to name the Chickamauga Battlefield Connector trail in John Culpepper's honor. Culpepper first envisioned the development of this trail in 2013 and laid the groundwork for its creation while serving as Chickamauga’s City Manager.
